1. Who we are

This website is operated by BH PARTNERS Ltd. (“BH PARTNERS”, “we”, “us”), a business company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, company number 2215936, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Ellen L. Skelton Building, Fishers Lane, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110.

2. What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and the content of your message.
• Email applications: anything you send us when applying for a role, including your CV.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request, for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Spam protection: the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When — and only when — you interact with that form, reCAPTCHA loads and sends your IP address and interaction data to Google in order to distinguish people from automated scripts. It is not loaded on any other page, and not at all if you never use the form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.

This website uses no advertising or analytics, and builds no visitor profiles. Aside from reCAPTCHA on the contact form, it loads no third-party resources at all.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to enquiries you send us — on the basis of your consent.
• To keep the contact form from being abused by automated scripts — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• To assess applications for open roles — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To keep the website secure and operational — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for 24 months thereafter. Application material is kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard schedule.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions:

• Namecheap, Inc. — web hosting and server logs.
• Mailgun (Sinch) — delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
• Google — reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form only.

As BH PARTNERS is established in the British Virgin Islands, personal data you send us is processed there and on our providers’ infrastructure. Where a transfer leaves your own jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to contact@bhpartners.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and messages sent through the contact form are delivered to a mailbox under our control. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send confidential information through the contact form.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
